Chicken Pastel in Creamy Sauce

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: 45 minutes

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 kg chicken, cut into small pieces
1 Tbsp patis
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 pieces bay leaves, crumpled
2 potatoes, cubed
½ cup water
1 cup vienna sausage
1 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ml
2 red bell pepper, sliced

Preparation:

  1. Heat oil. Sauté garlic and onion until limp. Add chicken and cook until chicken turns white in color.
  2. Season with patis and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Add bay leaves and potatoes.
  3. Pour water and bring to a boil. Stir in vienna sausage. Pour in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and add bell pepper. Remove from heat.
