Ingredients

1 kg chicken leg quarters, cut into pieces
3 sachets MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
3 tbsp butter
1 head garlic, minced
1 pc large onion, chopped
1 pc potato, diced
1 pc carrot, diced
1 pc chorizo de bilbao, sliced (optional)
1 can whole button mushroom, rinsed and quartered
2 tbsp all purpose flour
3 cups water
12 pc quail eggs, boiled and peeled
¼ cup green peas

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 1 hour 5 mins
  • STEP 1

    Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté chicken in butter. Remove and set aside. (10 minutes).

  • STEP 2

    Sauté garlic, onion, potato, carrot, chorizo (optional), and mushroom in the same pan. (10 minutes).

  • STEP 3

     Add flour and cook for 2 minutes while stirring. Pour water and bring to simmer. Add chicken and cook for 15 minutes. (20 minutes).

  • STEP 4

    Season with remaining 2 sachets of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, quail eggs, and green peas. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5 minutes)
