Cherries and Cream Cupped Kisses

Zesty, tangy cherries with dollops of cream, all sitting pretty on delightful pastry cups. Yum!

Equipment Needed:

Stovetop

Ingredients:

1 pack NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml
1 cup cherry pie filling
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup butter
12 pcs sugar ice-cream cones, finely crushed
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
10 pcs marshmallows

Preparation:

  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in crushed ice-cream cones, peanut butter, and marshmallows. Cook until mallows are melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Use a spoon to transfer them onto base and sides of non-stick muffin cups, and chill to set.
  3. To assemble, scoop cherry cream mixture into prepared cups. Top with cherry filling serve cold.
