Cheesy Ice Cream Cake

store-bought cheese cupcakes (Lemon square)
2 tbsp
melted butter
1/3 cup
(108g) condensed milk
½ bar
cheese, grated


  1. Cut off top of every cup cake. Reserve the cupcake tops for topping. (1min)

  2. Crumble of cupcake and mix with butter. Press at the bottom of a serving container. (3mins)

  3. Whip Nestle All Purpose Cream. Add condensed milk and half of the cheese. Whip light and smooth. (5mins)

  4. Pour cream mixture in the serving container. Crumble reserve cupcake tops and scatter on top of the cream mixture with the rest of the cheese.(3mins) Freeze overnight.

    Note: Blueberry, strawberry or cherry preserve may be added for topping.
