Calamansi and Dalandan Graham Ref Cake

A new take on dessert with its sweet and tangy taste! The flavorful fusion of Calamansi and Dalandan Graham Ref Cake proves that everything with a twist tastes better!

cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup
condensed milk
12 pcs
graham crackers, crushed
3 tbsp
butter, melted
1 tbsp
3 pcs
dalandan, peeled and sliced


  1. Zest 1 tsp of calamansi rind. Squeeze calamansi juice. (2 minutes)

  2. Combine cream cheese with calamansi zest and juice. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and condensed milk. Whip until light and smooth. (5 minutes)

  3. Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Press at the bottom and sides of a pie pan. (5 minutes)

  4. Pour into the serving container and top with dalandan. Chill overnight. Serve well chilled. (Overnight)
