Buko Pandan Jelly


1 tsp
(5g) pandan flavor gulaman powder
1 pc
young cocount, shredded and reserve 1 cup of coconut water
2 tbsp
1/2 cup
condensed milk
1 cup
Nestle Fresh Milk
2 tsp
(10g) unflavored gulaman powder
1 tsp
vanilla extract


  1. Mix pandan flavor gulaman powder, coconut water and sugar in a pot. Stir and bring to simmer. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool. Cut into cubes (15mins)

  2. Combine Nestlé All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, fresh milk, unflavored gulaman powder and vanilla extract in a pot. Mix well and gently simmer. Set aside to cool slightly. (10mins)

  3. Place buco pandan gelatin and shredded coconut on a lyanera. Pour cream mixture. Set aside to cool. (15mins)

  4. Refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled.


    Other flavors and colors of gulaman powder may be used to make Cathedral Jelly.
